He tried to teach me how to mediate, but I couldn't hold still long enough to ever get anything out of it, and kids meditation was pretty much unheard of at the time-there certainly weren't any meditation for children Cd's available. If "Indigo Dreams," by Lori Lite had been on the market, things would have turned out differently…. This CD is helpful for children of any age, especially those who have a hard time calming down right before bed, and what kid doesn't? It is also one of the best "time out" concepts available. If your kids are acting out and need some quiet time, putting on this CD and allowing them to relax and regroup is a much better form of discipline than anything punitive, like sitting in a corner. Headstart facilities are beginning to use the CD with excellent results and great reviews.

HOOKWORMS – Teen Dreams by Faux Discx | Free Listening on SoundCloud
The EP contains the first tracks the group ever recorded in vocalist and producer MJ's original Suburban Home Studio, with the group just a handful of local shows into their existence — one such show, supporting Sun Araw lead to its original release. We played with Sun Araw just as we were finishing the EP and Cameron Stallones enjoyed our set and asked to hear any recordings - then subsequently released it on cassette. Hookworms as a listen though already has in place several of the traits that have helped elevate them — the strutting bass and four note repetition of Teen Dreams is pure Modern Lovers, mining the group's 60's garage and proto-punk influences and mixing them with a caustic modernity. It's the only track that still makes an occasional appearance live; another highlight is the rolling bass thunder of I Have Some Business Out West crackles with the energy of an approaching storm: "Our gear wasn't as good back then so we did quite a bit of re-amping and post-production," MB comments. The former is a premonition of phase two of the band, foreshadowing the heavier, dense sound around Pearl Mystic; the latter still sounds like a wonderful outlier — which says something for a band whose boundaries have forever stretched towards the horizon.
Beautiful Young CD Crossdresser Seduces Teen
In the vein of other bands who perform this sort of sad, danceable pop, thoughtfully exhibiting and eliciting vague, introspective ramblings of the past, Kississippi, too, do justice to all the teen dreams, the teenage feelings. Each of the songs, from Unkempt Leather to closer Greyhound, build quite similarly. Guitarist Colin Kupson loops a simple guitar passage, often light and bouncy, which repeats itself throughout the track with little to no variation. Singer Zoe Reynolds floats into the mix, at times complimenting her slight, though seamless drawl with an equally unenthusiastic backing vocal.
