Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, tampered with, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video, where available

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product missing from the order

  • Order accepted for cancellation before dispatch

Refunds will be subject to verification by our team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available where:

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason

  • A complaint is submitted after the applicable reporting period

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider, the amount may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

The actual crediting time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as delivery of an incorrect or damaged product.
